Hi, I’m Bobbi Bryan. a Senior Home Coach and Senior Real Estate Specialist, but also a wife, mom, dog lover, and all-around people person. I’ve been married to my husband Bruce for 12 years, and we love camping, taking road trips, and spending time at the beach. We share our home with our two lively pups, Blue and Bear. An Aussie/Border Collie/Heeler mix who definitely keep life interesting!
When I’m not working, I love to unwind with knitting or crocheting, tending to my garden, or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen. I’m also a proud mom to three grown children, and family time is one of my greatest joys.
As a longtime resident of Clackamas County, I know this area like the back of my hand from the neighborhoods and amenities to the resources that make it a wonderful place to call home. I’m also proud to serve as a board member of LoveINC of Clackamas County, an organization focused on transforming lives in our community through partnerships with local churches.
In my real estate business, I’ve truly found my calling working with seniors and their families. Whether I’m helping someone achieve the dream of homeownership or supporting a senior through a major life transition like downsizing or relocating, it’s incredibly rewarding to walk alongside them on that journey. My experience at Hope Village Garden Homes, along with years of working with senior clients, has given me a deep understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of these decisions.
I’ve built strong relationships with estate attorneys, financial planners, senior placement professionals, and community services, so I can offer each client personalized, compassionate support every step of the way.

I’m usually somewhere between a client’s kitchen table, a seminar room, and a riverside campsite.
I also serve buyers and sellers of every age through my general real estate practice.
The seniors I work with are some of the most resilient, funny and quietly wise people I know. They have lived through decades most of us only read about. They have raised families, buried people they loved, rebuilt after hard seasons, and kept going. And so often, the world starts talking to them like they are a problem to be managed instead of a person to be honored.
I do not see it that way. Every client who sits down with me has a lifetime of stories, and I consider it an honor, not a task, to help them write the next one well.
I know this work from both sides. My own mom is 86, and I’ve been the daughter on the phone from two thousand miles away, helping her measure a doorway so a new refrigerator would fit. Life comes full circle. Years ago she solved my problems; now I get to help solve hers. That perspective shapes how I sit with every family; patiently, without rushing anyone toward a decision they aren’t ready to make.
